Know your Hair Type So you Can Take Excellent Care of it

Thanks to so many of us  going back to the natural state of our hair we can grow it as long as any other race.

I have tried lots of shampoos and conditioners over the years.  I just recently learned that  some product are not good for certain hair types

I only use conditioners for the co-wash and go.

I have found that some products are good for damaged and  permed hair.
While some can be used as a  leave in condition that  helps the  hair shine, as it repairs, it  and gives it a healthy look.
I usually apply the conditioner on my  hair,  and I give  more attention to my ends. .

Then rinse thoroughly.
